The Annex is a fantastic place to live, with concerts, theatre, bars and a thriving nightlife. We are also located at the intersection of two major subway lines, so you can get anywhere you want in Toronto in a matter of minutes.
- No need to sign a 1 year lease: we only ask that you stay untill the end of August.
- Great Rates: our rates are much less than other forms of accommodation - starting around $450. Inquire about sharing a room with a friend, and save even more.
- Good Environment: Our houses are fun and social environments, and most of our tenants are university and college students.

- Located on Huron street, North Division is just steps from the University of Toronto. It's meal plan combines member involvement with paid staff, providing cost-effective food while respecting the busy schedules of members.
- South
- Mostly located on Spadina south of Harbord, South division has the most comprehensive meal plan in the Co-Op.
- Sussex
- With houses that are smaller, on average, than the rest of Co-Op, and a number of family apartments, Sussex is quiet and studious division.
- T.C. Douglas
- Located at 146 Howland Avenue.
